Regional Sales Manager Business to Government


You will be responsible for the following key activities:

  • Secure orders in Business to Government Sales
  • Present the Safran Group product portfolio (dismounted sensors) to existing and potential customers
  • Develop markets and introduce new products
  • Implement international business cooperation
  • Identify and build relationships with key customers
  • Conduct training and product demonstrations
  • Develop marketing strategies
  • Participate in important exhibitions and conferences
  • Support, evaluate, develop and improve business partner networks


  • We are looking for an internationally oriented personality with excellent communication & negotiation skills, intercultural awareness in dealing with our customer and partners
  • You think strategically with a proven record of government sales of high tech products and systems
  • Ideally you are a former Commissioned Officer or Senior NCO having served within the Swiss or European (NATO) armed forces with a proven network within these organizations – operational experience would be welcome but is not essential
  • You are preferably an engineer with a complementary education in sales management and marketing, ideally with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Knowledge in international business, trade and contract law is considered advantageous
  • Fluency in English is mandatory while German and French would be highly beneficial
  • High willingness to travel: approx. 30-40%
  • Based in our headquarters in Heerbrugg, Switzerland
