Customer Support Manager Service / Integrated Logistics Support (f/m)

Responsibilities:

  • Define the future ILS portfolio and support the customer with their demand on our ILS services
  • Dive into the technical details of our high-tech products and create service manuals on all levels as well as illustrated spare parts catalogues
  • Define tools and test equipment for product maintenance
  • Plan and perform service training on all levels – in-house or at the customer site
  • Teamwork with the product managers and support them in their daily business
  • Participate in sales activities with regard to ILS tasks
  • Market awareness of competitor’s services
  • Initiate internal projects to create new customer services

You have successfully completed your technical education (electronics, mechatronics or comparable education) and acquired relevant professional experience as a customer support manager or equivalent (e.g. service technician or technical troubleshooter). Do you have experience with optical and/or electronic devices and possibly in developing technical documentation? Are you experienced in Research & Development (software/hardware)? Are you familiar with Siemens TeamCenter and Cortona 3D? Do you have a strong customer oriented mindset with good communication skills? Are you willing to travel and are you fluent in German and English? (French would also be an advantage).
